With over 50 years of combined experience Ted and Kathy Bierma understand when you build a custom home or remodel an existing home you are investing in creating a comfortable, well-functioning living space that enhances your lifestyle and individual expression.

We take great pride in building & remodeling homes for our clients and giving customers the highest quality product, design and process for a great value. We understand that everyone has a budget and a timeline that is important to them. Our team of experienced and qualified tradesmen and subcontractors allows us to maintain high quality and competitive pricing on our projects.

During the construction process you will be dealing directly with Ted or Kathy Bierma from beginning design through final completion. This personal communication ensures details don’t get lost from salesperson to job superintendent to tradesmen. It also allows us to keep better control of cost and quality.
